Welcome!  Are you new to Woodlawn Heights? Do you have questions about our Convenants, Bylaws or Architectural Review Board? Please reach out and introduce yourself through the "Contact Form" - we'd love to meet you! Our friendly Welcoming Committee will provide you with a Woodlawn Heights welcome packet.

Established in 2002, Woodlawn Heights is a platted, deed restricted community offering reclaimed irrigation water, underground utilities, sidewalks, sprinkler systems, street lights, security lights, boat storage (currently with a waiting list) and county maintained streets throughout. The two peaceful lakes and stylish gazebo are located next to the community's own playground and provide a relaxing area for picnics and walks.

Woodlawn Heights is strategically located in the southern part of Santa Rosa County, Florida. It is located on a peninsula midway between the cities of Gulf Breeze and Navarre. There are 190 lots in the subdivision and each home has a minimum footage of 2000 square feet. All lots have sewer from the City of Gulf Breeze, water from Midway Water System and both cable and satellite services are available. Garbage collection is supplied by Waste Pro.

The subdivision is located in an “x” flood zone, averaging 32 feet above sea level. Flood insurance is not required.  Even with rain events such as hurricanes and an event in April 2005 which resulted in over 17 inches of rain within 24 hours, no homes were flooded.
